Inter Library Loan
It is neither feasible nor desirable to hold every resource required by the University. Borrowing of resources from external resources, especially the ones that rarely used and temporarily required makes the library system cost efficient. The library has established excellent relations with reputed libraries in the region to facilitate inter library loans. Also, our membership with DELNET makes this process easier and productive.
The library maintains a digital repository of faculty-selected course materials (books, chapters, reports, etc.), faculty-authored journal articles, and centre/community-wise data and reports. All these are maintained on a cloud-based server using DSpace content management software (Campus based access). For more details connect with the library team (email@example.com).
Books on Reserve
To ensure that course specific books are made available to all concerned students, the library maintains all such faculty recommended books separately under “Books on Reserve” section. These are essentially “For Reference Only” books and will be issued to student on hourly/short term basis.
